Pneumatic Cylinders

Pneumatic cylinders are commonly used in applications requiring automation, such as packaging machines, woodworking machines, and automotive assembly. They offer high operating speeds, affordable pricing, compact size, and ease of use and maintenance. Designs are integrateable with existing factory central compressed air system, and the advantages of modular connection system of the Pneumatic drive is preferred in many applications, Pneumatic cylinder variants • High operating speeds • Affordable price • Small size • Ease of use and maintenance • Working with factory central compressed air system • Pneumatic drive is preferred in many applications due to its advantages such as modular connection system. Pneumatic cylinder variants • Round body cylinders • Profile body cylinders • Mini and Compact cylinders • Guided cylinder • Rodless cylinder • Telescopic cylinder • Tandem cylinders, and  • Rotary actuators - 10 mm to 320 mm piston diameter with vane or rack 6 It is possible to apply a force of 50 kN at bar pressure. A wide product program is available up to 2000 mm stroke

Conditioners

The performance and longevity of pneumatic systems depend on proper compressed air conditioning. Conditioners comprise a filter unit for air contamination removal, a filter unit for compressor oil and condensed water retention, a regulator for air pressure adjustment, and a lubricator for working air lubrication. Conditioner dimensions range from 1/8'' to 1 ½'' according to connection type, with flow capacities up to 10,000 L/min.

Pneumatic Fittings

For air connections in pneumatic cylinders and valves, polyamide or polyethylene air hoses and screw or plug/push-type fittings are typically used. Pipes made of aluminum for main air distribution lines offer ease of installation, clean operation, and durability with special fittings.

Cylinder Fittings

A wide range of modular fasteners are available for mechanically connecting cylinders to machine or fixture bodies. These include flange connections, fork connections, joint connections, joint plate connections, foot connections, and ball joints.

Sensors

Proximity sensor Proximity switches placed on the cylinder provide a signal for the automation system at the desired points of the magnetic band piston movement. Inductive sensors Inductive proximity switch is a sensor that gives a non-contact warning of the approach of a metallic object. - No signal interruption due to adhesion or dirt - long life due to no mechanical wear - high switching frequencies - high resistance to vibration - connection in any position - Pressure and vacuum sensor Pressure and vacuum sensors convert the pressure sensed at the inlet of the sensor into an electrical signal. With the help of a pressure measuring element inside the sensor, the positive pressure or Vacuum pressure applied to the sensor is converted into an analog signal.

Valves

Pneumatic systems use directional, pressure, and flow control valves to adjust the air's direction, pressure, and flow rate. Due to the possibilities provided by electrical automation, electric excitation is generally preferred in directional control valves, and valves with 3/2 or 5/2 path and position numbers can be used for all kinds of sequencing and control. The developed proportional pressure and directional control valves have created opportunities for pneumatics in new applications.

Mechanically Actuated Pneumatic Valves

Manufacturers design mechanically actuated pneumatic valves for situations where electrical control is unnecessary or when used in explosion-proof environments. Levers, latches, and buttons serve as the actuating mechanisms in these valves. Pneumatic control systems achieve complete control with the help of directional valves featuring spool or knuckle spool designs. Air-actuated and logic valves are the preferred options for more complex pneumatic circuits.
